Public Sector & Business Training

Training courses for the public sector

Our independent and impartial training covers the causes and effects of sexual harassment, misconduct, domestic and sexual violence and balancing inequalities in the workplace. We empower your leaders and teams to establish systems and protocols to navigate incidents both internally and for the members of the public you serve. We’ve worked with organisations including the NHS, the Crown Prosecution Service, the police, court staff, local authorities and more to create safe and inclusive environments throughout the public sector.

We also support organisations that work directly with survivors of gender-based violence. Our courses are co-designed by survivors, giving you the chance to hear from them what they need and want from your services. We include case studies specially selected for your sector, organisation and local area. This, combined with our experience in the sector, allows us to share practical and specific tips and guidance to apply to your work. We evaluate the training before and after it’s taken place, giving you the insights to measure its social impact.

Our courses include Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, Understanding Your Legal Responsibilities and Trauma-Informed Training for Public Sector Workers.

“Fantastic service & knowledge”

“The sexual harassment in the workplace training is expertly facilitated and has helped us have challenging and productive conversations about how sexual harassment might show up, as well as help us to interrogate our own internalised misogyny. The sessions have also enabled us to think about our existing policies and procedures, and provided a platform for staff to feedback on gaps or issues, so that we can strengthen our approach.”
