The sexual harassment in the workplace training is expertly facilitated and has helped us have challenging and productive conversations about how sexual harassment might show up, as well as help us to interrogate our own internalised misogyny. The sessions have also enabled us to think about our existing policies and procedures, and provided a platform for staff to feedback on gaps or issues, so that we can strengthen our approach.

“Being able to help shape ICENA’s training and then receive the feedback from training participants has really empowered me. It’s the first time I feel I have my power back from the perpetrator. Thank you.”

  • Police, RASSO Unit

“This training was extremely worthwhile and informative. It created space to hear direct insight from people whose voices are not usually heard, and how different job roles influence their experiences. I will be passing on the importance of this training to my colleagues. Thank you to those who choose to share their experiences so we can improve.”

  • Usher, Crown Court

“I only spend a few moments with a witness, I have never thought I have much impact. Reflecting on my practice in this training, I have realised how important my job is, even as an usher, and the impact I can have with a small act of kindness or consideration, and how this can help someone feel safer and contribute to re-building their sense of self-worth and resilience. I am empowered, ready to empower”.
