Our E-Learning Modules

Our e-learning modules are especially designed to allow busy professionals to gain deeper understanding and new skills to improve your performance, wellbeing and mental health at work.

Our courses are CPD-accredited and can be done on-demand at a time and place that suits you.

We offer courses designed especially for ISVAs and professionals who work with survivors of sexual violence. They are designed to support your professional development and wellbeing and help you provide the best possible support to your clients. You may also gain techniques to help you feel more equipped to manage the emotional stress and vicarious trauma of your job.

We also offer introduction modules to anyone in a professional setting who is new to the topic of sexual harassment and violence. These are a great starting point for HR professionals, safeguarding leads and other team members who may encounter the topic in their role.

This course provides you with an understanding of online abuse from what the law says to its potential impacts. You’ll explore indicators or risks relating to online abuse, particularly when it comes to children and young people. You will learn how to start conversations about online abuse to both prevent and respond to it, with practical examples which can be used in education and you work settings.

Thank you again for today’s training. I can’t remember the last time I came out of training so inspired and ready for action. So often training is death by PowerPoint and with nothing to take away other than worry and concern that you aren’t able to do something. This was so far from that. On the train, I planned two staff training sessions and worked out a program for our Year class and an individual in particular. Never done that before after training. Both sessions were fantastic.

Case Study

Helping staff at Thurrock Council understand sexual violence and abuse

We worked with the team at Thurrock Council to develop understand of and help prevent sexual violence and abuse and create a safer, more supportive community. In on-demand, e-learning modules, taught participants to notice the signs of sexual violence and respond appropriately, making the workplace and community safer.
