What the Audit Involves
Our bespoke, anonymous Staff Climate Audit enables organisations to identify strengths, uncover areas for improvement and develop practical, evidence-based actions that strengthen organisational culture and employee wellbeing.
As part of the audit, we review relevant organisational policies alongside an anonymous staff survey. This combined approach allows us to explore both the systems that are in place and the lived experiences of employees, providing a comprehensive picture of organisational culture, leadership and safeguarding.
Independent, Confidential Analysis
The staff survey can be securely hosted by ICENA or distributed through your own internal systems. We independently analyse all responses to ensure confidentiality and produce a detailed report outlining key findings, practical recommendations and a tailored action plan for leaders and HR teams.
