Support Services
At ICENA, we know that conversations around sexual harassment, misconduct, and violence can feel overwhelming. You do not have to navigate this alone.
This guide is designed as a quick reference for attendees of our training sessions, summarising trusted organisations that can offer free, confidential advice and support.
If you are considering your next steps, we encourage you to:
- Speak to a member of your People Team (or HR) for internal workplace support.
- Refer to your organisation’s Harassment Policy for reporting procedures and guidance.
- Access your organisation’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) if available, for confidential counselling and advice.
