Course Description
This eLearning course provides staff with a practical and survivor-informed approach to understanding, responding to and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. Rooted in the Equality Act (2010), the Workers Protection Act (2023), and trauma-informed principles, it equips learners with the tools to create safer, more respectful and inclusive working environments.
Course Content
Our Sexual Harassment in the Workplace eLearning course supports learners to recognise, respond to, and prevent workplace sexual harassment, including third-party harassment, through a survivor-centred and trauma-informed lens. Participants will build confidence in understanding legal responsibilities, barriers to disclosure, and practical strategies for intervention and prevention.
